LogiMAT will take place at Messe Stuttgart from 19-21 March 2024 and we will be there again!

 

As the largest annual intralogistics trade fair in Europe, LogiMAT sets new standards for future-oriented projects in intralogistics and process management.

 

Our team is already looking forward to a valuable exchange, interesting discussions and exciting innovations. In addition to our intralogistics team, colleagues from the fields of control cabinet construction and robotics will also be on site.

You will find us in Hall 5, Stand 5B41 together with the Intralogistics Network in Baden-Württemberg e.V.

Always within reach of our customers: now also in Mainz!

In January, we officially added a 29th location and opened the doors to our modern office in Mainz.

 

Here we have space for up to 20 employees who work with us to create innovative solutions.

 

At the Mainz site, the main focus will be on hardware planning and software engineering, initially primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. We look forward to being able to provide even more intensive support to our existing customers on site, as well as establishing new business relationships.

Today, 29 young people started their training at Stadler + Schaaf:

 

7 Electronics technicians for energy and building technology

8 Electronics technicians for automation technology

2 Industrial clerks

1 IT specialist

2 Technical product designers

6 Dual students of electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering or computer science

3 Technical college students as one-year trainees

 

After their welcome, day 1 of their onboarding started with plenty of time to get to know each other and the company.

We wish all participants a good start with us!

On 6/7th September 2023, the leading event of the energy and water industry, gat | wat, will take place in Cologne with the Praktiker-Tage.

 

We will be there again this year as an exhibitor and look forward to interesting discussions and exciting innovations on site.

Stadler + Schaaf is a specialist company according to DVGW G 493-1

A few weeks ago, two of our colleagues working in plant engineering received the certification according to DVGW worksheet G 493-1.

 

The certificate qualifies Stadler + Schaaf as a specialist company for gas pressure regulating and metering systems, as well as biogas injection systems. As a result, we are now qualified to plan natural gas and biogas plants up to pressure level DRM100 in accordance with personnel and technical requirements.

 

A big thank you to our colleagues from plant engineering and QM for their commitment.

The TÜV Rheinland ‘Ausgezeichenete Arbeitgeber’ (Excellent employer) standard includes various requirements for human resources management.

 

As part of the audit on 24/25 April 2023, at the company headquarters in Offenbach/Queich, it was systematically checked on site whether values and goals have been defined, holistic concepts  and methods for implementation established and whether these are put into practice accordingly.

Our apprentices’ first “volunteers” day

On Saturday, our apprentices were able to help with a very special project in Offenbach. The former rectory is currently being converted into a new youth centre and our apprentices were able to help with the renovation. Rooms were cleared out and doors, the kitchen, bathroom fittings and room dividers were professionally demolished. The garden was also cleaned up by cutting down some trees and removing hedges.

 

The first step towards a new youth centre has been taken. We were happy to help and are looking forward to seeing the results.

ACRON Premium Partnership

Stadler + Schaaf is now new premium partner for ACRON, a historian and reporting system from VIDEC Data Engineering GmbH.

 

It enables the tamper-proof collection and consolidation of all data and key figures of plants and thus forms the basis for well-founded evaluation and analysis processes. In addition, several evaluations, reports and trend displays can be created with ACRON. As a manufacturer-neutral product, ACRON is used in almost all industries, but mainly in the areas of water and wastewater, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, as well as energy and infrastructure.

 

We are looking forward to expanding our successful cooperation even further in the future!

 

 

Silver-rating in sustainability ranking by EcoVadis

In September, we were awarded silver status by EcoVadis, which puts us in the top 25% of companies worldwide.

 

EcoVadis is a renowned company that has been involved in the assessment and certification of sustainable companies since 2007. Not only the environment matters, but also human and labour rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. These topics not only move our customers, but also us.
